Technology Center and have highly trained
support staff continuously monitoring these
servers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days
per year.
Connection:
Our datacenter is
backed by a full duplex T1 connection on three different
fiber optic networks including 360 Networks, Big Pipe
and Navigata which allow
for lightning fast speeds.
Backup:
We use diesel
generators as well as redundant UPS systems incase of
power outages and are connected to two different utility
grids: Aquila and BCHydro. We
also have our servers backed up weekly to ensure
no loss of data.
Security:
We
have multi-layered electronic security systems to
protect the servers, as well as 24/7 onsite security.
This includes electronic entry, motion and breech
alarms, and video surveillance system.
